What happens in a zoom prayer session?
It’s a live video call (about 30 minutes) with our mentor dedicated to you. You can share as much or as little of your story as you want. We’ll listen to your concerns and then pray together, asking God for guidance and help. You’ll receive personalized scripture-based encouragement and one practical next step to work on. It’s comfortable and private – many men say it feels like talking to an old friend who genuinely cares.
Do I have to be “super religious” or know a lot of the Bible to do this?
Not at all. Come as you are, even if you haven’t been to church in years or have never read much of the Bible. This isn’t about how much you know – it’s about seeking God right where you are. We’ll guide you through simple prayers and scriptures in plain English. No church jargon, no prior experience needed. God meets you at your level, and so do we.
I’m dealing with some very personal issues (addiction, marriage problems, etc.). How can I be sure this is a safe space?
We value your trust deeply. Everything you share is confidential. Our approach is compassionate and non-judgmental – we’ve heard it all, and we’re here to help, not scold. The Bible says to “bear one another’s burdens,” and that’s what we do. You can feel safe opening up about what’s really going on. Many men say they feel relieved just being able to talk openly and pray about issues they’ve kept inside for years.
What if I don’t know what to say during a prayer session?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need the perfect words. Just show up.
We’ll guide the conversation, pray with you, and create space for whatever’s on your heart—even the messy stuff.
Is this for men only?
While Christian Victory was created primarily to support men, we understand that women also seek prayer and spiritual encouragement.
A few women have reached out through this feature—and they’ve been welcomed with the same care and confidentiality.
That said, most of our content and focus is specifically designed to speak to the spiritual battles men face today.
