Romans 12:2 says,

1. Read It
Start every day with a short passage-before emails, news, or social media. Feed your spirit before your flesh.

3. Replace It
When a lie hits-“I’m a failure,” “I’ll never change”-replace it immediately. Have a verse locked and loaded. For example: Lie: “You’re too far gone.” Truth: “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
4. Record It
Keep a journal. Write down the toxic thoughts you struggled with-and the Scriptures that crushed them. Over time, you’ll see the battlefield shift in your favor.
When the Enemy Attacks Your Mind
